Shipping Policy
Standard shipping is free for orders over $50 anywhere in Canada, in a bubble envelope. Delivery time is 3 to 12 business days*. No tracking number is provided. There is a $5 charge for orders under $50.
Delivery with tracking number is free for orders of $120 or more; it is still possible to choose this option, but the charge is $12 for orders of $119 or less.
New and free - pick-up of your purchase in a neutral zone.
Available in Cookshire-Eaton, Bury and East Angus. A message will follow your order to arrange a pick-up time. Bring identification or purchase confirmation.

As an online store, we are at the mercy of delivery times. We have no control over delivery times and cannot be held responsible for delays.
Rest assured that packages leave our workshop as quickly as possible, in 1 to 4 working days for ready-to-go jewelry and imports. As I mainly create handmade jewelry, the delay could be longer, such as personalized jewelry, please allow about 6 to 7 days. Thank you for your understanding!
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return any product ordered from our site within 15 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the invoice. If a label is attached to a piece of jewelry, please do not remove it, otherwise our refund team will not be able to intervene.
We'll exchange it for something of equivalent value, but sorry, no refunds here! It's a bit like trying to retrieve an embarrassing text message after you've sent it - impossible.
If, unfortunately, your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
To request an exchange, send an e-mail to mutine.jo@outlook.com. And remember, any purchase made in our online store cannot be exchanged or refunded in our stores. Our in-store salespeople are already busy managing customers and jewelry.
